plan versions
Past months freeze, future months stay editable. Any two versions can be diffed, and every edit is logged: who, when, from → to.
for amazon sellers and agencies
Versioned per-product plans, actuals pulled from Sellerboard on a schedule, and a client-ready report behind a link. Everything sellers usually stitch together in spreadsheets — without the manual pasting and the overwritten numbers.

In Sellerboard, create a “Dashboard by Product” automation delivered as a link, then paste that link here. We store it encrypted and show it masked in the UI.
The entry grid takes a paste straight from Excel. Or download the xlsx template, fill it in the way you always have, and upload it back — with a preview before anything is written.
Actuals arrive overnight and the plan-vs-actual builds itself. Your client gets a read-only link — without your unit costs or internal workings.

Base, Optimistic, Pessimistic and your own — driven by coefficients for volume, price, ads and other costs. Storage deliberately does not scale with volume, because warehouses do not work that way.
MAPE on revenue, units and profit: under 10% is good, under 25% is tolerable, beyond that is not. Half-loaded months are excluded so they cannot skew the score.
What percentage of plan each variation hit, and the project as a whole. You see not just that you missed, but exactly who missed.
The entry grid accepts Ctrl+V straight from your workbook. Or use the xlsx template round-trip: download, fill in, upload — with a preview before writing.
The feed pulls itself overnight. Re-import the same month as many times as you like: the previous rows are retired and the totals stay correct.
Run as many projects as you need, each with its own member list. Invitations go out by email and the temporary password is shown exactly once.
the shared report
The /r/… view opens without a login and shows results only: KPIs, plan vs actual and attainment. No unit costs, no settings, no other projects.
see it before signing up
The same view your client receives: KPIs for the period, plan vs actual across every P&L line, and attainment by variation. No login, no form.
why you can trust the numbers
The core is proven against a working seller’s financial model: every formula has a reference value, and the engine has to reproduce it or the tests fail. That is not a promise of accuracy — it is a build condition.
A month with no data shows a dash. It does not pretend to be a zero, it stays out of averages, and it cannot spoil the forecast score. Partially loaded months are flagged as partial.
Roughly one man in twelve cannot separate that green from that red. So every cell carries an arrow and a sign, and the header has a colour-safe toggle that swaps green for blue.
Missing by 6% and missing by 60% should not look the same. Under ±5% is noise and stays unfilled; past that the fill builds smoothly to full saturation at ±30%. No three-step traffic light.
Yes, for automatic actuals. Sellerboard is the data source: it has no REST API, but it does have scheduled reports delivered over a signed link, and we fetch those. Without Sellerboard you can still upload the actuals as a file — everything downstream works the same.
Meta, Google, bloggers and buyouts never appear in a Sellerboard export, so they are entered by hand on their own screen. Those are the only numbers you have to fill in manually.
No. The entry grid takes a paste straight from your workbook, or you can download the xlsx template, fill it in as usual and upload it back — we show you exactly what will change before writing anything.
Nothing bad. Re-import is idempotent: the previous rows for that month are retired and the new ones take their place. Totals do not double.
No. The /r/… view returns results only: KPIs, plan vs actual and attainment. Settings, purchase prices and your other projects never leave the workspace. The link can be revoked or given an expiry date.
It is free to start. There are no paid plans yet — when there are, existing projects will hear about it in advance.
Yes, the service is multi-user: as many projects as you need, each with its own members and the roles owner, manager and viewer.
